in a pot heat ghee (Clarified butter) to melt add onions whole cumin and fresh rosemary and thyme saute till onions are translucent add meat spices and water mix and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes add potatoes and cook till they are soft enjoy with rolls or bread garnish with fresh herbs
