INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites11/4 cup castor sugar ½ cup dates ,chopped½ cup pecan nuts , chopped½ box boudoir biscuits½ teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon vanilla essenceFilling:500ml fresh cream2 tabelspoon icing sugarExtra pecan nuts for toppingcaramel treat
METHOD
*Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add castor sugar and add vanilla essence.*Break boudoir biscuits into small pieces, mix with dates ,pecan nuts and baking powder.*Fold boudoir mixture into egg whites.* Put cupcake casings in cupcake tray.*Fill the mixture into the cupcake casings and bake on 160c for 20-25 minutes.*Remove from oven and allow to cool.* Once cooled remove paper casings .*Whip fresh cream with icing sugar .*Place caramel treat on the top of the nougatina then pipe the fresh cream, sprinkel pecan nuts on top.NJOY 💕

I made small ones because it is easier to eat and it looks cute.I put flake chocolate
on top.
