Potatoes cut into wedges (as needed)Wash and dry
Add a dash of oilRosemary Dried parsley Pinch of chilli powder Crushed black pepper Salt to taste
Mix well
METHOD
In a tray, lay a sheet of foil Spread wedges overCover with foilBake on 170°c - 180°c Toss twice till crispy-ish
Sauce:150g butter (or as needed)2 tablespoon cream (or as needed)Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon crushed garlic or pasteDried parsley 1 teaspoon lemon juice Heat and mix well
Drizzle over potato wedges
Serve hot

INFO & TIPS
Do not add salt to the sauce as you have already added it to the potatoes. And most butters are salted. Amazing side dish for braai, roast, steak & chops etc
