USING +- 1 KG Large Pieces Cut Up Rump Steak or Boneless Mutton (Or Chops) (I Used Rump Steak) METHODIn a pot add 3 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter)Add 2 Med Sliced Onions (keep some aside for later) Add 2 Cinnamon sticks2 ClovesA Pinch of Elachi (cardomom) powder2 Bay leaves or Curry leavesLet aroma ariseAdd 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic PasteNow Add your Cut up large Cubed Meats (Steaks Or Mutton Or Chops) Add 1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera powder+- 1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Kashmiri or Durbs Masala 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powderSalt to taste Cook well till meats are soft Add water if need be Add some Tomato Sauce and Maggi Chilli Garlic sauce for added FlavourWhen doneRemove the whole spicesLet it coolFOR THE DOUGHMake a Arabic DoughOr Any Yeast doughKeep aside for 2 hours in a warm place

Puff PastryDivide which ever dough method you prefer in 2 Roll out into 2 Large Rounds not Thick Roll out one the size if your Pizza panAdd your COOKED MEATY MIXTURE(Add some gravy avoid the Oil) Place long slices of robot peppers The Extra Sliced OnionsAnd Few slitted Green Chilli (Optional)SPRINKLE CHOPPED dhania (coriander) IS OPTIONALTIP(drizzle some hot sauce /fried potato wedges or Chips) COVER this with the Other DoughTRIM. THE EXCESS DoughEgg Brush Sorinkle with thill (sesame seeds) (Sesame) or Kus Kus ( Poppy seeds) Bake in oven at 200 *for 20 minutes When ready to serve justCut the Top of the dough half way To show the the meaty filling insideEnjoy
