Heat 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) cut 1 large onion and stirfry until transparent, add peppercorns and cinnamon stick. Add marinated meat and continue stir frying all the time until water burns out add 3 cups water and cook on low until tender but not dry.. In a seperate pan braize 2 tablespoon flour until light brown add to the meat and continue stirring so it does not get lumpy. U shud now hv a thick curry. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) add add sliced onion cut up dhania (coriander) and green chillies... This must be poured on just before serving.. More fresh dhania (coriander) can be added.. Enjoy.
