INGREDIENTS
2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Bind a soft dough with yogurt and Maas (I used only yogurt)
METHOD
Cover with a plastic.
Leave in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Make 16 equal balls. Sprinkle with flour and roll into oval shapes. Not too thin, roll out all.
Melt butter, garlic, Aromat (a South African Spice) & herbs. Drizzle over the naan while cooking.
Sauté 3 tablespoon sesame seeds in a little butter.
Cook on a nonstick tawa. Medium heat.
Start with the ones u rolled out first.
Lastly before removing dribble more garlic butter. Sprinkle seeds, turn over on the tawa and than remove on the cooling rack.
