RECIPE

Potato Filling 1roll puff pastry 3 medium potatoes diced and braised with onion ,dry chilli and turmeric ,salt,allow to cool and add some chopped dhania (coriander) and mint.
Method
Roll out puff pastry on a well floured surface,smear sauces all over on pastry ,then spread potatoe filling and tightly roll pastry,like u would for a swissroll.Seal ends well and slice to your desired thickness and bake at 170°for 20 minutes.
