INGREDIENTS
210ml (¾ cup and 2 tbslps water)2 eggs2 teaspoon yeast1 ½ teaspoon salt¼cup sugar3 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Mix together...add 4¼ cups flour...make dough and knead for 10 minutes...leave to rise for +-45 minutes...shape...and leave to rise again...brush egg wash and sprinkle tal (sesame seeds) and leave to rise again till double In size ..bake at 180°for +-25 to 30 minutes
