INGREDIENTS
1 kg chops4 tablespoons olive oil 1 sliced large onion1 tablespoons whole jeerah 2 cinnamon sticks 1 ½ tablespoons ginger garlic ½ teaspoon turmeric powderSaltFreshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon Robertson's steak and chops spiceColored peppersPotatoes OnionsGreen chillies
METHOD
Braise ½ an onion, jeerah and cinnamon sticks in oil.Add ginger garlic, chops, turmeric powder and salt.Allow chops to cook till water has almost dried.Add ground pepper, butter, spice and lightly toss.Top with peppers, potatoes, onions and chillies.Add ½ a cup water and allow to simmer till potatoes cooked through.
