𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏300g chicken fillet cubed 1tbs cornflour ½ eggSalt, Pepper, Chill flakes according to tastes 1 teaspoon soya sauce½ teaspoon ginger/garlic paste. Marinate ingredients above for 1 hour.Deep fry until golden.
SauceIn oil add 2 red chilli, ½ teaspoon ginger/garlic paste, fry then add 2 tablespoon chopped spring onions, chopped green chillies,1 tablespoon tomato puree ,1 tablespoon ketchup ,½ teaspoon , salt , pepper, splash of soya sauce cook for few minutes.
Mix ½ cup water and 1 teaspoon cornflour. Add to the pot When sauce start to thicken add the chicken pieces and splash of soya sauce stir for few minutes then off heat and garnish with chopped spring onions
𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏300g boneless cubedSalt, Pepper1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon vinegarMarinate above ingredients with chicken for 1hr Before frying add 2tbs cornflour and ½ teaspoon of plain flour. Fry and leave aside.
In pot add 2tbs of oil,1tbs of chopped ginger, 2tbs of chopped garlic, chopped green chillies according to taste. Fry till slightly brown add 1 tablespoon of Chilli paste,1 teaspoon soya sauce, 2tbs tomato ketchup, fry for few minutes then add (2tbspoon cornflour mix with a cup of water) to the pan. Cook till gravy thickens adjust water according to requirement add chopped capsicum and chicken pieces, cook for 2 - 3 minutes ... garnish and serve.

In a bowl mix together3 tablespoon garlic paste ½ cup water2tbs tablespoon fish sauce1 tablespoon Soy sauceSalt and pepperStir well and put aside.
In wok on high heat add 2 tablespoon oil, slice onions, chopped garlic, carrots, sweetcorn stir fry for few minutes then add the cooked rice add sauce stir fry well for another 5 minutes continue mixing until done.Finally top with your thinly sliced omelette and spring onions.#mauritiustirfried

3 bundles Egg noodles (200g)2 tablespoon olive oil1sliced onions1 medium carrot gratedRed and Green bell pepper sliced finelyChopped green garlic (spring garlic)
Boil noodles according to packet instructions. Rinse in cold water.
Heat oil over medium heat add onions, bell peppers and carrots stir fry constantly until tender.
