1 chicken disjointed
1 med green pepper
¼ bunch fresh dhania (coriander)
1 teaspoon ground garlic
3 green chillies
¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper
Juice of half lemon
¼ cup mayonnaise
Liquidise all the ingredients and blend into a smooth liquid. Taste and adjust salt and chillies. Marinate chicken for 1 hour. Allow to cook until done.
Serve wit rice bread rolls and salads.
