My Spicy style
Take kidneys wash remove membraneSoak in vinegarCut into half bean shapeRemove all the white stuffThen cut it into stripsRince wellSteam with ginger garlic paste for like 8 minutesRemove drain and wash again drain againIn pot add 1 curry spoon butter½ sliced onionAdd crushed black pepperChops and steak spiceAromat (a South African Spice) or saltAnd I used Tikka masala spiceGinger garlic paste againCook till softEnjoy ----Lamb Kidneys Or LiversMy Style Butter FriedTo PrepareI Used 4 Lamb Kidneys.. Membrane removed and the white fleshy part removedWash well soak in little vinegar and water and rince and drainCut in Strips or CubesThen place in pot with little water and milk bring to heat till it changes colour for like 5 minutesDrain Rince and wash againCut in cubes in strips Marinade as Follows:1 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic ½ teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon Chops & Steak Spice1 teaspoon Crushed Black PepperLittle Black Pepper piwder¼ Thinly sliced onion½ Lemon juice In a pot Heat 4 tablespoon Butter & 2 tablespoon add the marinated kidneys Fry and toss till almost. DoneAdd 1 tablespoon mayonnaiseLastly Add Salt to tasteTill done Serve with Mash or ChipsEnjoy
