INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken mince
2 onions, grated and squeezed out
2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
2 eggs, beaten
salt to taste
2 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon ground dhana
green masala to taste
chopped greens
4 potatoes, mashed
green chutney
METHOD
Mix mince and rest of ingrediants well
Make up mash and season with the green chutney
divide mince in to four
cut four squares of foil
grease the foil well
pat mince on to each square of foil
put a layer of mash, fold mince over to cover mash
roll up tightly with the foil
steam in a pot for 30 - 40 minutes with a little
water
put into oven to heat through and brown with
butter (just before serving)
sauce:
4 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic
lemon juice to taste
6 tablespoon tomatoe sauce
6 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoon worster sauce
boil altogether
cut the roulade in slices, drizzle with the sauce
aand serve with fried grated potatoes or doritos
(blue packet)
