1 ¼ cup milk¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 finger length of fresh ginger (wash and cut into rounds and - don’t peel - I grate 2-3 of the slices to eat some pieces while drinking the milk) 1 ¼ teaspoon honey (adjust sweetness to your taste)
1.) Put all of the ingredients (except the honey) in a saucepan and stir frequently over medium heat, let it boil 2-3 times until a creamy milk layer forms on the top and the milk lessens to 1 cup.2.) Add the honey into the glass, pour in the boiled milk. Serve hot before bed.
