INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs1 teaspoon Vanilla½ (half) cup Xylitol¾ (three quarter) cup All purpose flour½(half) cup cocoa3 teaspoon baking powder½ cup boiling water½ cup oil
METHOD
Beat Xylitol, eggs and vanilla together.Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together. Add to the egg mixture. Then add the oil and boiling water and mix well. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes
INFO & TIPS
Sugar free Chocolate ganache topping
1 slab sugar free chocolate
200 ml fresh cream
Melt chocolate in double boiler and add in cream.
Pour over the cake.
