RECIPE
. marinate with shans tandoori
spice/tikka spice, sour milk/yoghurt,
zeal, lemon juice, garlic, Aromat (a South African Spice),
ground green chiliies, (salt if u
need).
leave to marinte. then put ghee (Clarified butter) in
pot
wit chopped onions and red
peppers.
braise. then add your marinated
giblet
to it. let it cook for a while. dont add
water yet. after a while add hot
water
from the kettle and let it cook well. I
hate tough giblets. so add more
water
as u need. when almost done add
chopped tomatoes. reduce heat and
let
is simmer. add some fresh cream if
like. swithch stove off. squeeze fresh
lemon over. cut up dhania (coriander). we had it
with masala chips and roti.....
