In a medium pot heat oil and a TB of butter. Add chopped onion and allow to brown slightly,then add the crushed ginger,garlic and green chillies. Cook for a minute on low as it will burn on high heat. Next add mince,the whole dry spices (tuj (cinnamon stick),elachie etc.) Add chillie powder,tumeric,garum masala, dhania (coriander)-Jeeru (Cumin) powder according to your liking as well as the curry paste and ginger -garlic paste. Allow the water to burn out. Once almost dry add tomato,potato,cauliflower and mixed vegetables. Add some water for moisture. Add salt and sugar to taste. Cook on low till veggies are tender.Serve hot with roti!
