INGREDIENTS
500gm Mutton mince,washed and drainedCauliflower in florets washed and drained1 grated tomato1 potato choppedMixed Vegetables
Few tuj (cinnamon stick) sticksFew Elachie podsFew Lawang (cloves) 1 Bay leafFew black peppercorns1 TB jeeru (cumin)
Crushed green chillie,garlic and ginger (fresh)Chilli powder,tumeric,garum masala,dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) powder.Ginger and Garlic paste1 teaspoon Aminas All purpose curry pasteSalt to tasteSugar to taste1 onion chopped
METHOD
In a medium pot heat oil and a TB of butter. Add chopped onion and allow to brown slightly,then add the crushed ginger,garlic and green chillies. Cook for a minute on low as it will burn on high heat.
Next add mince,the whole dry spices (tuj (cinnamon stick),elachie etc.) Add chillie powder,tumeric,garum masala, dhania (coriander)-Jeeru (Cumin) powder according to your liking as well as the curry paste and ginger -garlic paste.
Allow the water to burn out. Once almost dry add tomato,potato,cauliflower and mixed vegetables. Add some water for moisture. Add salt and sugar to taste. Cook on low till veggies are tender.Serve hot with roti!
