INGREDIENTS
1pkt 4in 1 soup mix.
2 cups oil dhall (lentils)
2 cups pea dhall (lentils)
2 cups bhimdi rice
2 cups crushed lappi
2 cups jungle oats.
METHOD
Boil together with salt and huldi
and little oil. Till done. Like haleem
and blend but don't make it too
smooth.
3kg mutton 5 onions ghee (Clarified butter) and oil make
onions soft with whole
spices.
Add mutton and bones salt
hyder garlic ginger garlic crushed
green chillies.
Cook till done then add
4 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon garam masala
3 teaspoon crushed red chillies.
Braise then add greens dhania (coriander) phudeena and
shallot.
Braise and add to dhalls cook
for a further 1 hour.
Serve with fresh lemons:)
