INGREDIENTS
                      250 g butter
375g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs 
225 g flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
180 g white chocolate melted
                    
METHOD
                      Heat oven to 180deg. 
Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla extract till lightly fluffy, gradually 
beat in eggs. Add in the flour and baking powder and mix well 
before adding in the chocolate add in nuts at this point if 
required. Bake for 45 minutes in a 23 cm square greased Tin when 
cool cut into squares
