INGREDIENTS
2 Viennas, cut into slices1 & ½ Cup Pea Flour or Chana Flour, sifted... ¼ Cup Cake flour, sifted 2 & ½ level teaspoon Baking powder1 egg 1 onion, chopped1 potato, chopped1 level teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Tumeric½ teaspoon Jiera1 teaspoon Paprika Spice2 Green chillies½ teaspoon garlic paste... ½ Bunch danya chopped or spinach leaves... Add Water to smooth batter...
METHOD
Cut the viennas & set it aside.In a large bowl add the dry ingredients, then add the onions, chillies, potatoes. Add the wet ingredients then add the egg, & lastly the vienna slices into the batter. Fry until golden brown.If you prefer it hot can add 2 extra red chillies,optional..
