Peanut Brittle

INGREDIENTS

150g roasted peanuts 300g white sugar 2 pinch Salt 1 teaspoon. Butter
Butter for greasing the tray

METHOD

Grease the tray with butter and set a side
In a large pan add sugar and let it sit till it star to melt add butter and salt. And stir well when sugar turns umber colour and the sugar is dissolved and in the peanuts and coat well.
Immediately transfer to the prepared tray and level it and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into to the size u want.Enjoy

INFO & TIPS

You can bang the tray on a hard surface and the brittle will break. But it will not be even size
