-mushrooms-flour -2 eggs, beaten
Mix the following:-Kelloggs corn flakes crumbs-Aromat (a South African Spice)-chilli powder-cayenne pepper-lemon pepper (optional)-bbq spice or chicken spice
Wipe mushrooms with paper towel. Or rinse if you prefer to do so. But be sure to dry them well.
-Roll in flour-Dip eggs-Then roll in the Kelloggs mixture
Fry in hot oil till golden colour.
Serve with dip : I use Nola mayo + crushed garlic + Calistos chips spice
