INGREDIENTS
1L Ultra Mel Custard
Red and Green Food Colour
500ml Fresh Cream (Whipped)
1 packet Marie Biscuits
Sugar Crystals for decorating
METHOD
Seperate custard in half and pour into two mixing
bowls. Colour one half pink, and the other half
green
In a pyrex, layer marie biscuits and top with pink
custard.
Add another layer of marie biscuits and top this
with green custard.
Continue layering until all the custard has been
used.
Lastly top with whipped cream, and decorate
with coloured sugar crystals
Allow to cool in fridge
