INGREDIENTS
250 g Flour125 g Butter50 g Sugar1 nos Egg yolk300 g Cream cheese6 g Cornstarch176 ml Cream60 g Sugar
METHOD
1. Rub the butter with flour and sugar.2. Once it become breadcrumb like consistency add the egg yolk.3. Knead until well mixed. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.4. Once chill, press it into the tart mold and Bake it inside 180°C oven until light brown.5. Let it cool completely. Mix cream cheese, cornstarch and sugar together.6. Once mixed add the cream little by little and mix.7. Pipe into the tart and freeze for 4 hours.8. Brush with egg wash and bake in 210°C oven until desired colour.
