INGREDIENTS
500g flour 7g yeast 4 tablespoon. Sugar 1 cup boiling water½ cup cool milk 4 tablespoon. Butter melted½ teaspoon. Salt½ teaspoon. Dried Italian herbs 2 tablespoon. Olive oil
METHOD
In a jug add boiling water + cool milk + yeast + 2 tablespoon. Sugar and set aside for 5 minutes
I a large bowl add flour + salt + sugar + Dried Italian herbs and mix well
Once the yeast activates add butter and olive oil and mix well and add to the flour and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
Coat with olive oil and cover and let it rise for 1 hour
Once double in size, punch down and divide into 2. Grease the and spread the dough evenly and let it rest for 10 minutes. Add your sauce and your favorites topping And bake 180c for 15 to 20 minutes
