INGREDIENTS
7 cups flour1 packet yeast1 teaspoon salt¾ cup sugar125gr melted butter1 eggWarm milk about 1 cup
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients together
Add eggMelted butterMake a soft dough with the warm milkAnd cover with a clingwrap sheet Allow to rise in a warm place
When it has risen punch down and make small balls with oiled hands and roll out like hotdog rolls
Allow to rise again
And then fry until golden brown
Once cooled down cut through with a knife down the centre and pipe fresh cream and top with a cherry and dust icing sugar over
