INGREDIENTS
1L milk
11/2 heaped teaspoon faluda powder
2 tablespoons custard powder
half cup water
1 tin condense
METHOD
mix the water and custard powder. Boil together
the milk and faluda. Add the water and custard
powder mixture and condense and boil till
slightly thickened.
Stir continuously. Make a caramel with sugar.
pour into a greased mould. Do not use plastic
as it will melt. Pour milk mixture over and allow
to set in fridge. Turn dessert over before serving.
