INGREDIENTS
Pasta of choice boiled and kept aside Steak cubed*Steak & chop spice*BBQ spice*Crushed garlic*Exotic Thai spice*White pepper*Krea Fajita spice (can omit)*Worcestershire sauce*Meat tenderiser *Salt
Jalapeño sauce1 Cup fresh cream1 Cup sour cream
Sliced mushroomsVeggie spiceCubed peppersCubed onionOil/ghee (Clarified butter) Small squeeze of tomato paste
METHOD
Marinate Steak with ingredients marked with (*) Saute onion in oil/ghee (Clarified butter) until translucent Add in marinated Steak and cook until about ¾ way done, then add in cubed peppers and cook all the way through
Stir in ½ cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons jalapeño sauce (I used the calistos brand but anyone should do)
Heat a bit of oil in the same pot you've boiled your pasta in (pasta kept aside)To this add the following until it sizzles:
Crushed garlicExotic Thai spiceTomato paste
Then toss in your pasta to coat well, together with the remaining ½ cup sour cream. (I added a dash of milk too)
Add your Steak mixture and toss with pastaBefore serving, add in your fresh cream and heat through
Transfer to a casserole, top with grated cheese and pop in the oven until cheese is bubbly, melted amd pasta is all heated Enjoy
INFO & TIPS
Can top with sautéed green peppers and onion or sliced jelepenos serving
