DoughCombine the dry ingredients and oil together in a dish. Heat the milk and water together until lukewarm, add just enough liquid to the dry ingredients to form a soft dough. Allow to rise till double in volume. Punch down.Roll the dough in a rectangle and spread with sauce of your choice then spread the filling evenly on the rolled dough. Roll like a Swiss roll and cut into equal slices. Place spiral side up on a lightly greased tray. Brush with beaten egg and bake in moderate oven till pale brown (180 degrees for about 20 minutes)Remove from oven top with grated cheeses, chopped peppers & spring onions. Grill in the oven until cheese melts serve. FillingIn In a pan add the butter, olive oil chicken and all the spices. Once the spices are absorbed and the chicken is done add all the sauces and heat through.
