3 cups flour 2 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon sugar mix wellIn a dish take 2 ¼ teaspoon instant yeast¼ cup warm water mix and leave aside for 5 minutesNow add the yeast mixture and more warm water to the flour mixture and make a soft firm pliable dough Knead the dough for 10mins Place the dough in a dish and cling film,allow to rise till double in size Divide the dough in 3 partsRoll each one out into a rectangular shapeSpread pizza sauce on each Now on each one add -cooked chicken pieces (Cook in salt,pepper,chilli powder,paprika,oil,2 tablespoon yoghurt)-chopped polony (optional)-cubed colouring peppers-cubed onion-cubed olives -sweetcorn-lots of grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese Roll it tightly like a swissroll and using a sharp knife cut them outPlace onto greased baking trays and allow to rise again till double in size Bake on 170oc till the cheese meltsTransfer onto a wire rack and allow to cool downYou can freeze the pizzas in a airtight container An hour before serving,remove from the freezer and place them on a greased tray and cover the tray with foilBake on 160oc till hotPizza sauce 1kg washed tomatoes soaked in hot waterOnce soft,peel the skin offLiquidise the tomatoes with 1 medium green pepper In a pot take 2 tablespoon olive oil1 ½ teaspoon garlic pastebraise till slightly pinkAdd in the liquidised tomatoes and add inSaltSugarChilli powder (optional)Pinch of black pepperDry parsleyOregano2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauceboil the sauce on low heat till you get a thick consistency
