Kebaabs:1 kg fresh mince washed & drained overnight (I prefer using fresh fillets for mince)Process:½ bunch dhania (coriander)1 onion 2 green chillies Add to mince with:1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 cloves garlic Pinch arad (Turmeric)Process above. Shape as Kebaabs Freeze till needed.Chutney:Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) add 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 2 slit chillies 2 cups liquidised tomatoes ¼ can tomato puree 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 2 teaspoon brown sugar Cook on low till oil comes up.Add in kebaabs Cook 15 minutes.Shake pot few times.Garnish with greens
Boil 1 packet Spaghetti or linguine drain. Drizzle olive oil. Set aside. Serve together or serve kebaab chutney with hot rotis & potato wedges
