4 cups self raising flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
200 - 250 ml Milk
2 egss beaten
2 tablespoon oil
1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
Mix together flour, salt and sugar in a bowl
In a seperate bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, and
Agg wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.
Lastly add in creamstyle corn.
Pour into well greased baking pan.
Top with grated cheese / chopped onions
