6 cups Coconut
2 Tablespoons melted Butter
1 tin Condensed Milk
2 Tablespoons Liquid Glucose or Glycerine
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Chocolate for coating
Mix all the ingredients together, set in a tray and
leave in the fridge for a while, cut into bars, dip
into melted chocolate..place on greaseproof
paper to dry. Drizzle with chocolate when dry.
You can halve the ingredients if too much..
