INGREDIENTS
4-4 ½ cups shredded coconut1 tin condensed milk2-3 tablespoon Liquid GlucoseMilk Chocolate as required White chocolate, coloured to desired colours
METHOD
Mix the coconut,condensed milk and liquid glucose together and press down onto a sheet panPlace in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes. Cut into rectangles or with fancy cutters of choice.Melt chocolate and dip the coconut bars in the melted chocolate to cover them. Decorate with the white and coloured chocolates and/or decorate as desired.
