250 gr Butter¾ cup Icing sugar1 teaspoon Baking powder1 Egg1 cup maizena (corn flour)2 teaspoon Coffee, diluted in hot water1 & ½ cups flaked AlmondsFlour as required
METHOD
Beat the butter till light and fluffy.Pour in the Icing sugar and beat well.Add in the rest of the ingredients besides the flour and beat well. Mix in enough flour to make a soft dough. Make two logs out of the dough and cut into thin slices. Bake on 180 degrees till done. Coat in Icing sugar once cooled.
