INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 teaspoon green chutney
2 tablespoon fresh dhania (coriander) (chopped)
½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Flatten a little in palm.
- Place garlic butter sticks in center.
- Roll and form seekh kebab shapes.
- Roll in bread crumbs.
- Dip in egg and shallow fry.
