INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon green chillies
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon oil
5 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
8 tablespoon lemon juice
- Cube fillet and cook in oil with salt, green chillies and
ginger garlic.
- When water has burnt out add flour, butter and milk.
- Cook till thick and saucy.
- Remove from heat.
- When cool add lemon juice and white pepper.
1 ½ loaves white bread
METHOD
- Roll out bread flat with a rolling pin.
- Place filling at the end of a slice and roll like a
swissroll.
- Seal with flour and water paste.
- Now freezer suitable.
- Dip in beaten egg and fry.
