3 Granny Smith apples3 lemons½ cup roses lime cordial½ cup roses passion fruit cordial1 cup granadilla pulp (fresh or canned)2 ½ cups sugar
Cube the apples while keeping the peel on but removing the seeds. Liquidise the apples with 750 ml water and strain. Thereafter cut the lemons, while keeping the peels but removing the seeds and liquidise the chopped lemons with 750 ml water and strain. Thereafter combine the strained apple and lemon mixtures. Add the sugar,cordials and granadilla pulp to the mixture and stir well. Thereafter freeze the juice in a sealed container till it's semi frozen and serve as a slush. Garnish with mint leaves.
