Milk Tart Milkshake

Milk tart is a classic South African dessert with a sweet pastry crust a filling of custard ,milk ,flour, sugar and corn flour with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder 😋

INGREDIENTS

250 ml Milk @cloverwaybetter 3 scoops vanilla Ice cream @olasouthafrica 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder (blend together )½ cup Custard @ultramelsa

METHOD

In a blender and milk,ice cream,custard,vanilla extract and cinnamon powder blend well pour into a glass Top with ice cream or whipped cream,sprinkle with crushed tennis biscuit or coconut biscuits and a dust of cinnamon
