INGREDIENTS
Step 1250 ml fresh cream250ml cream cheese or labne1 can condense large4tbls icing sugarSome vanilla essenceStep 21 and a half cup boiling water2 full tablespoon Davidoff Rich Aroma coffee2 tablespoon sugarCocoa for dusting and flake chocolateOptional : Al marai cream whip powder2 packs finger biscuits (boudoir)
METHOD
Step 1. Whip fresh cream with vanilla and icing sugar till firm( can add whipping cream powder to stiffen). Add ½ can condense( other half to drizzle onto biscuits) . Add the cream cheese or labne and beat well. Step 2.Add boiling water with coffee powder. Add sugar a few drops vanilla essence
Put beaten cream mix at the bottomDip the finger biscuits into the coffee mixture.Lay them onto the cream mix.Drizzle over some condenseAdd another layer cream and biscuits.Lastly dust over good quality cocoa powder and crumble flake.
INFO & TIPS
This tastes nice made a day or 2 before hand.
I made individual ones so only 1 layer biscuits.
I used 1 and a half packs of biscuits.
