2 DIFFERENT METHOD
My StyleMETHODInstead of EggI added Sauces of choiceAdd Polony or any Meaty filling of choiceThen I made a White SauceTopped it with Peppers tomato mushroom etcTopped with cheeseAnd made in ovenMake it like you would do pizza
TIK TOK METHOD
Roll up 2 or 3 Tortillas or RotisTogether like a swiss rollCut it with knife or ScissorTo get like thin Shreds
Keep aside
Chop 1 small Tomato and Robot Peppers
Little chopped dhania (coriander)
In a Seperate bowlAdd 3 EggsAdd 3-4 tablespoon milkAdd ½ teaspoon Black Pepper powder(I would Add Chilli flakes or Chilli powder )And ½ teaspoon SaltMix and beat well
Now add 2 -3 tablespoon oil in a deepPan or Casserole in stoveHeat slightlyAdd the cut up Wraps and place it properly like a pizza baseBrown it a bit +-3-4 minutesNow add the beaten up eggsSprinkle the Tomato and Peppers overTop with Grated CheeseSprinkle Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Cover with a lid for it to steamup for the eggs to cook and cheeses to meltCheck with spatula by lifting to check if doneOnce it's cookedRemove and place on a platterCut Pizza wedgesEnjoyRemove and place on
