INGREDIENTS
Gatsby roll ( purchased from pick and pay)Steak Polony ViennasEggsMasala chipsCheese Lettuce Tomatoes OnionSauces:Tomato sauce Mayonnaise Sweet chilli sauce Samoosa dip
METHOD
Fry steak in salt, pepper, ginger/garlic and masala. Fry Vienna's, polony, eggs. Fry chips and spice with salt, vinegar and masala. Mix all sauces together.
Spread sauce on roll.Layer chips, cheese, steak, Vienna's, more cheese, polony, eggs and salad. Wrap in foil, heat in oven for few minutes for cheese to melt, cut into portions and serve.
