In a pan sauté onion in olive oil and butter. Add 1 tomato, garlic and cook for 5 minutes.Add the beef, 1 cup water, nandos sauce, salt and let cook. When cooked take out the beef, shred it and keep apart. Make the cheese sauce:In a pan melt 3 tablespoon butter, add a mixture of 2 tablespoon flour and 1 cup milk. Mix well, add 2 more cups milk, season with salt, pepper, Aromat (a South African Spice),paprika mix until thickens in medium heat. Beat with a magic wand, add 1 cup gouda cheese and mix well. Make layers with fries, beef, the left beef sauce and white sauce. Deco with jalapenos, corn, olives and oregano.
