500g steak (strips)1 teaspoon red chilli and garlic paste1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon red chilli powder¾ teaspoon lemon pepper Dash of white pepper1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon barbeque spice2 onions (sliced)2 tablespoon oil4 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce3 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoons crystal sandwhich man sauceButter and oil (for cooking)
Marinate the steak in the spices, red chili paste, oil, garlic and lemon juice for a few hours. Heat butter and oil in a non stick pot andcook steak till halfway done. Add in onions and alittle water and cook till done. Now add in sauces and let simmer for a few minutes. Make chips - fry chips and season with salt, chilli powder and vinegar and mix together.
Layer bread with masala chips , steak mixture, toast and serve
