Rump Steak 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 2 teaspoon red chillie paste(depends hw strong u want it) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) ground powder 3tlb vinegar 1onion grated 1tomato liquidised A little oil for vagaar 2cloves 2sticks cinnamon and 4pods Elachi (cardomom) Boiled rice,boiled green peas,eggs boiled. Potato cubed and fried and tomato wedges. For dhai: 1 inkomas Green chutney Salt
Marinate steak with all spices and vinegar.make vagaar(braise) oil, onions cloves cinnamon and Elachi (cardomom) till golden brown add marinated steak cook on low heat add tomato and cook.add water.steak needs gravy not dry.when serving place rice in center,in center of rice put steak curry,peas around than potatos on the corners tomato wedges and bolied eggs garnish.any greens dhania (coriander) or spring onions on steak.serve with dhai papar and kachoomar of your choice.enjoy
