INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken with skin on 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon orange pepper spice/chicken seasoning 1 teaspoon green chilli paste 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon oil 100g butter Assorted veg of choice I used onions, potatoes and carrots
METHOD
Make a marinate with all spices and oil. Stuff the marinate underneath the skin of the chicken. Place veg on a baking tray/casserole and place whole chicken ontop of the veg. Melt butter and pour onto the chicken.
Grill in oven at 180degress for 45 minutes, and then turn chicken around and grill for another 30 minutes, can turn around one more time and grill on high heat until crispy
