INGREDIENTS
2 cups water2 tablespoons butter¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
METHOD
Bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour and stir well until it forms a ball. Continue stirring to ensure there are no lumps.Remove from heat and the knead as soon as it is cool enough to handle.Roll out on a floured surface and cut with a cutter. Don't roll too thin. Depending on cutter size, you should get exactly 30 moons. Place in a Tupperware, separated with plastic packets.Fill with filling of choice and pinch seam shut (dough sticks to itself. Use water/eggwhite/flour glue if it doesn't stick). You can oil your fingertips if needed.Dip in eggs and breadcrumbs. Freezer suitable now⭐
