INGREDIENTS
2 cups water2 tablespoons butter¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
METHOD
Bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour and stir well until it forms a ball. Continue stirring to ensure there are no lumps.Remove from heat and the knead as soon as it is cool enough to handle.Roll out between two large sheets of greaseproof paper and cut with a cutter. Don't roll too thin. Depending on cutter size, you should get about 30 moons. Place in a Tupperware, separated with plastic packets.Fill with filling of choice and pinch seam shut (dough sticks to itself. Use water/eggwhite/flour glue if it doesn't stick). You can oil your fingertips if needed.Dip in eggs and breadcrumbs. Freezer suitable now⭐
