INGREDIENTS
3 Cups Cake Flour, (sifted..10g Instant Dry Yeast2 teaspoon Baking powder½ Cup Oil1 Cup Hot/Milk1 Cup Warm/Water1 teaspoon Salt2x teaspoon Sugar1 Egg, Beaten1xTsp Egg Food Coloring... OptionalPoppyseeds for sprinkling on top…
Makes 25
METHOD
*In a large bowl add the dry ingredients & sift well.
*Mix in wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
*Add some oil to your bowl,& let the dough rise double in size for about 1hour in a warm place.
*Roll the dough on a floured surface & roll into round shapes.
*Add the rolls on baking tray with drizzle of oil in the pan.
*Bake @ 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes depending on your oven!
“Best rolls before waiting for the oven to get hot let the rolls rise for 30 minutes on the counter top in the baking tray, this will make a softer roll”“Eggwash the rolls & sprinkle some poppyseed before baking”
