INGREDIENTS
1kg puff pastry* or flaky pastry2 Eggs, beaten 500ml apricot jam or coconutI baked mine for 1hour!!!
Makes 2 -3
METHOD
Roll dough out about 3mm thick & cut into round shape(plate size & add in jam or coconut.Use the left over pastry and cut into strips add onto the tarts.Brush lightly with the beaten egg.
Bake @180 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven or 1 hour ..As well*Use coconut topping recipe given for Koesisters*You can also make mini tartlets with the same recipe👍Puff pastry can be filled with:My coconut filling or Sweet pineapple treat or Caramelised pears will also be found on my recipe link🌺🌺🌺🌹Coconut filling can be added too waffles,pancakes,meringue 👍Before comes out of the oven brush lightly with mixture of jam & warm water like a runny paste ,give them a shiny look🤗🇵🇸
INFO & TIPS
Sprinkle with sugar on top,this won’t let the filling cook out!
