INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour3 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1 packet instant yeast (10g)½ teaspoon kulunji seeds200 ml boiling hot water100g butter150 ml milk2 tablespoon mash potato
METHOD
•Sift dry ingredients together. •Melt water and butter till butter completely dissolved. Add cold milk. Add in mash and mix well. Liquids must be warm.•Make dough by adding liquid slowly until you get a soft sticky dough.•Knead dough till it stops sticking to the fingers. A good 10 minutes.•Allow to rise to double its size.•Roll out ½ cm thick to desired shape. Mini or big.•Bake in 180°C oven for 10 minutes. •Add desired toppings and bake again till done.
